Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe: We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or booking.
Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within the 48-hour timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
Refunds and Credits: In the event of a cancellation made within the allowed time frame, we will provide a full refund of any payments made. Alternatively, customers may choose to receive a credit or voucher for future use.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment or booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
